Recently, I saw Jurassic Park: The Lost World for the first time in quite awhile.
I’d forgotten the scene in the video store, where you briefly see posters and standees for a bunch of fake films, including an adaptation of King Lear starring Arnold Schwarzenegger. Here’s a frame.
It reminded me that we haven’t had a Double Fakeout theme in quite awhile.

Fake criterion collection cover for one of my favorite series. The original idea was to fill the darkness with all the text commentary by Jay, but using all the shots of the woods from the series seemed like an easier and more satisfying visual.
